Responsibilities you will have

  • Providing full executive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage stakeholders calendars and schedule meetings
  • Organise and prepare meetings, distribute materials and keep minutes
  • Maintain the corporate calendar
  • Manage in- and external communication and correspondence
  • Take care of travel arrangements
  • Coordinate participation in various events worldwide (meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Handle the business expenses and invoices
  • Perform HR administrative tasks
  • Support any other matters which may fall within their realm of responsibility, including ad hoc support needed in any of their teams

Skills you have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the field of HR, Finance or Legal
  • Bachelor degree in a field relevant to this job
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a ‘must have’ skill, German is a ‘nice to have’ skill
