You have the possibility to develop better buildings for the world. You will be part of our international Innovation Team and ESG Team and also work closely together with the local Development and Commercial Teams. You will help to further develop Edge’s product philosophy and the implementation thereof in our projects across our operating countries.

Responsibilities you have

As a Healthy Building & Workplace Experience Lead, you are responsible for Edge’s global health and social ambition for our projects, which includes the following:

  • Identify emerging trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer demands and translate this to continuously develop Edge’s healthy building and social product proposition to make sure we stay a front runner for healthy, user-centric (office) buildings
  • Support and advise local project teams to
    • implement Edge’s health and social ambition across all projects (and business units
    • set up local community engagement, and
    • strengthen commercial project positioning and stakeholder engagement,
  • Implement data collection from Edge projects to proof the proposition,
  • Develop a tool to quantify the benefits of human performance to further strengthen the business case for healthy, user-centric (office) buildings,
  • Deliver input to Annual Edge Sustainability Report related to social and health ambitions and case studies

 

Skills required /qualifications

  • Master degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or similar; or relevant scientific background,
  • 5-7 years work experience in the built environment,
  • Extensive knowledge of global market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory frameworks related to healthy buildings and state-of-the-art workplace environments,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • Self-reliant, problem solver, team player, results oriented,
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings,
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Affinity and skills to analyse data and translate into actionable steps,

Strong written, oral, interpersonal, skills in English as well as Dutch or German language
