What we do

At Edge, we develop, invest in, and manage next-generation buildings that improve the way people live and work. Since our founding in 1997, we have been driven by a simple belief: better buildings create a better world.

We focus on creating experience-driven, climate-neutral environments that support well-being, productivity, and community. With a fully integrated platform and deep local market expertise, we combine human-centric design with leading sustainability and technology standards. Our portfolio includes some of the world’s most forward-thinking office buildings, including pioneering energy-neutral and smart-building projects.

Today, Edge operates across major European cities, continuously challenging industry norms and raising expectations for what buildings can deliver — for people, for businesses, and for the planet.
